We have an opening for a Part-time Receptionist.  The Receptionist is the first impression of our dealership, both on the phone & in person, and as such must present themselves with professional image and courtesy.

Part-time schedule: Mondays and Wednesdays with the hours being 3:30pm until 8:30pm.

                                     Half-days on Saturdays; will alternate times with current receptionists.

Job Responsibilities (includes but not limited to):

*   Promptly welcomes all clients

*   Efficiently operates the switchboard to relay incoming, outgoing and interoffice calls

*   Understands and follows the receptionist process

*   Receives visitors, obtains name and nature of business  

*   Review deal folders, making sure they are together and complete  

*   Directs clients to lounge, and refers clients to appropriate personnel for vehicle status updates  

*   Directs client concerns to the appropriate member for assistance  

*   Clerical duties
