Lexus Delivery Specialist

Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a full-time Lexus Delivery Specialist who is good with technology, organized, detail-oriented, and highly motivated! Starting at $13.00/hour, this job requires an outgoing personality with a high interest in assisting our guests and being attentive to their needs, not just in person, but over the phone as well. As a Lexus Delivery Specialist, at the time of delivery, you will introduce guests to their new vehicle by reviewing the various features, assisting in personalizing their vehicle features such a pairing their phone, and answering any questions regarding the use of the advanced functions, such as the new Lexus Enform.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (including but not limited to)

  • Demonstrate key vehicle features and functions to the new owner
  • Be available during business hours to troubleshoot problems or provide additional education on vehicle features
  • Be available to provide additional support away from the dealership if a guest needs assistance with programming Lexus Homelink, etc.
  • Ensure every guest receives the highest level of professionalism & customer service
  • Attend department meetings as needed
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times
  • Exude strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Maintain honesty and integrity while performing all job duties
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and codes of conduct

QUALIFICATIONS, CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

  • Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license (you must be insurable).
  • Must maintain a clean, acceptable, and safe driving record.
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screening requirements which include a social media check, a drug screen & physical, a background check, and a Motor Vehicle Report.
  • Be able to read and comprehend instructions and information in the English language.
