Professional Leasing and Sales Consultant

Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a full-time results-focused, highly driven and enthusiastic Leasing and Sales Consultant.  Previous automotive experience is preferred but not necessary.  People with experience in customer service, financial services, mortgage industry and restaurant experience have proven to be very successful when switching their career to automotive.  As a Leasing and Sales Consultant, you will sell new and used inventory while achieving dealership standards and appropriate levels of gross profit, volume and customer satisfaction.  Qualified applicants should have a professional appearance, exude enthusiasm and a want to learn.  Individuals with high energy, positive attitude, an outgoing personality, strong verbal communication skills and a constant desire to learn will succeed at Price LeBlanc Toyota.

TRAINING

We will provide you with the necessary training to be successful.  You will be taught the necessary product knowledge, sales processes, proper ways to communicate with customers, goal setting and other skills that you will need to be successful.  Your guarantee starts on day 1 so you will be paid during this training time!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (including but not limited to)

  • Sell and deliver a minimum number of vehicles per month

  • Process paperwork in accordance with dealership policies

  • Perform test drives with all prospects

  • Utilize dealership follow-up systems and maintain a follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business in alignment with customer satisfaction

  • Attend product and sales training courses

  • Keep up-to-date on products and services

  • Know and understand the federal, state and local laws that govern retail auto sales

  • Prepare vehicles for delivery before customer arrival

  • Attend regular sales meetings

  • Conduct business in an ethical and professional matter

QUALIFICATIONS, CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

  • A valid, unrestricted driver's license (you must be insurable)
  • Maintain a clean, acceptable, safe driving record
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screening requirements which include a drug screen, a background check and a Motor Vehicle Report
  • Be able to read and comprehend instructions and information in the English language
