Business Development Representative

Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven and experienced Internet Sales Consultant.  The Internet Sales Consultant will develop, implement and administer the electronic commerce processes for the dealership.  The Internet Sales Consultant will also respond to all internet leads and communications through the dealerships website.

Job Responsibilities

  • Tracks and responds to all Internet leads (referral services and website)
  • Monitors incoming e-mail traffic from website and referral services
  • Develops client prospecting file upon receipt of a lead
  • Quotes pricing, rates and automobile availability to clients
  • Remains current with products, market trends, and certifications
  • Understands and implements the dealership sales process
  • Maintains “Customer Service Index”, “Gross Average”, and monthly units
  • Attend weekly department meetings

 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Experience, education and training a PLUS

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS (Including Driver's License)

Operator's Driver's License (must be insurable)
