That's right, Dah'lin!!  We operate an Allstate agency inside of our award-winning dealership!  Our agency is growing rapidly which means we need someone to add to our dream team!  

We are not your average Allstate agency.  The number of cars we sell each day is a new opportunity to quote, build relationships, and COLD CALLING is NOT necessary.  That means endless opportunities to grow in every aspect!!  As an Allstate Sales Professional, you get a base salary PLUS commission and bonuses. That’s right, BONUSES!

As an Agency Sales Professional, you should: have excellent verbal and written communication skills; be a confident self-starter who works well independently; maintains a positive and self-motivated attitude; be driven to fulfill customers’ needs; and be willing to obtain insurance licenses.


- Achieve sales goals through leads and referrals

- Help protect customers by offering Allstate products that will meet their needs

- Conduct needs-based customer policy reviews and update coverage

- Ensure a positive customer experience

- Be organized and efficient

  • Must have your property and casualty license or must be able to quickly obtain a Louisiana property and casualty license.  (Sales experience is a plus.)
  • A valid, unrestricted driver's license (you must be insurable)
  • Maintain a clean, acceptable, safe driving record
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screening requirements which include a drug screen, a background check and a Motor Vehicle Report
  • Be able to read and comprehend instructions and information in the English language
